Attendance Planner Enhancements

• Step Management — Add, reorder, and delete individual planning steps within a strategy. Step numbering updates automatically after any operation.
• Strategy Reorder — Up/down controls allow reordering strategies within each tier. Ordering persists on reload and in exports.
• Staff Assignment Defaults — Replaced five auto-generated staff roles with two simple, editable defaults (Principal and Attendance Clerk). Users can freely add, edit, and remove roles.
• Strategy Reorder in Student Plans — Added up/down reorder arrows to intervention strategy cards in the SART/Pre-SART/SARB student plan view. Arrows are disabled at boundaries and hidden on completed meetings.

Column-Header Tooltips

• Flagger & Status Finder Tooltips — Added hover explanations to all column headers in Flagger and Status Finder results tables (Rate, Absent, Max Abs, Days Until Chronic, Present Req'd, IS Complete, IS Incomplete, Status, etc.).
• Touch Support & Date-Aware Text — Added touch/tap support for tooltips on tablets, made Status Finder period tooltips show actual selected dates instead of generic text.

Email & Communication

• Email Autocomplete — Autocomplete for staff email addresses sourced from previously-sent addresses. Also added auto-commit of pending email text on send so unsaved edits aren't lost.
• Feedback Routing Rebrand — Feedback submissions now route to info@circle2learn.com (configurable). Renamed all instances of "Pilot Feedback" to "Launch Feedback" across email subjects, body text, buttons, and modal.

Bug Fixes

Critical Production Fixes

• District Student Count Accuracy — Improved the reliability of nightly data synchronization to ensure district-level student counts and chronic rates remain consistent across refreshes.
• Flagger & Dashboard Alignment — Unified the chronic-status formula across Flagger and Dashboard views so both surfaces reflect the same IS-adjusted attendance summary.
• Password Reset Flow — Improved the forgot-password flow to provide clearer feedback and ensure reset emails are delivered reliably.

Attendance Data Accuracy

• Present Req'd Calculation — Refined the Present Req'd metric on Flagger student cards to count only completed Independent Study days, ensuring the value accurately reflects each student's current standing.
• Status Finder — Program Visibility — Expanded Status Finder to display all program enrollments per student, including students in multiple subgroups.
• Status Finder — IS Credit — Included IS credit in Status Finder attendance calculations to align with the Dashboard's IS-adjusted formula.
• Status Finder — Date & Filter Accuracy — Improved date-range handling and filter logic in Status Finder for more precise period-based attendance reports.
• Max Absences Description — Corrected the Max Absences tile description to read "before permanently chronic (10%+)" to match the actual chronic threshold.

AI Plan Generation

• SART Plan Completeness — Improved AI plan generation to consistently populate all required fields in SART plans, with server-side validation as an additional safeguard.
• Intervention Plan Completeness — Applied the same structured-output improvements to intervention plan generation for consistent, complete results.
• SART Plan Validation — Added explicit field requirements and automatic retry logic to ensure AI-generated plans meet all documentation standards.

UI & UX Fixes

• Prompt Corrector Guard — Fixed a bug where the AI spelling-correction step would reply conversationally on empty input, and that reply would be adopted as the user's prompt.
• Staff Assignments Empty State — Deleting all staff roles caused the "+ Add Role" control to disappear with no way to recover. The control now remains visible at zero roles.
• Example Prompt Dates — Updated all nine example prompts across Flagger, Status Finder, and Attendance Planner from 2025–2026 to the current 2026–2027 school year.
• Status Finder Configure Modal — Fixed the configure modal to allow switching between single-period and comparison modes and show all six threshold options.

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Dev Auto-Deploy — Configured Amplify frontend to auto-deploy on merge to the dev branch.
• Production Deploy Pipelines — Wired main → production deploy pipelines for both API and web.
• Production API Domain Cutover — Pointed the v2 web build at api.circle2learn.com instead of the CloudFront URL, completing the production domain cutover.
