These terms cover this website only — www.circle2learn.com. Use of the Circle2Learn application is governed by the separate written agreement between Circle2Learn and your school district. Where the two differ, that agreement governs.

The text, images, branding and design on this site belong to Circle2Learn or our licensors. You may quote or reference our material with attribution. You may not republish it as your own or use our name and logo to imply endorsement or partnership without our written permission.

Information here is general

We publish articles and guidance about attendance, chronic absenteeism and related regulation. It is general information, not legal, compliance or professional advice. Rules vary by state and district and change over time. Please check anything you intend to rely on against your own requirements and advisers.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available.

We sometimes link to third-party sites and sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Demo requests and enquiries

Submitting a form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. Any engagement between Circle2Learn and your organisation is set out in a separate signed agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Circle2Learn is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
